How do I download my copy of the Guide?

You can download your digital PDF Guide immediately after purchase via the link in your order confirmation email. Clicking the link will start the download of the Guide. Please note that the Guide is approximately 5MB in size so depending on your internet connection you may need to be a little patient.
We recommend Adobe Reader to open our publications but you can also use other software and applications that read .pdf files such as Apple's iBooks.  We recommend Adobe Reader because it is free, easy to download, very widely used and because you probably already have a copy on your computer! To download or update for free, visit the Official Adobe website. In all cases, we recommend that you have the latest software installed for the best experience possible
As with most downloads, you can open the PDF and view it immediately, but we recommend you save it to your computer first in a place where you can find it for easy reference.

We understand that technical errors, computer crashes and download limits can sometimes make life difficult so we have given you five opportunities to download your purchase. If this is not sufficient or you manage to lose your copy within 6 months of purchase please contact us and we can send you a replacement.

What devices can I use to read the Guide?

Our digital PDF eBook files are viewable on e-readers, tablets, smart-phones and PCs – this includes Kindle, iPhones, iPads, tablets, Android devices, Nook, Kobo, Sony eReader and more. We have tested the Guide on many devices but if you’re not sure, please check the specifications on your reader before purchasing.

Not sure if you are able to read PDF documents? An easy way to find out is by downloading and trying to open the free excerpt from the Guide and testing it out on your device.

I'm not sure how to view the Guide on my iPad or iPhone can you help?

You can open PDF documents with iBooks. When you view a PDF, simply tap "Open in iBooks," located in the upper-right corner of the screen. iBooks will open and you'll be able to view your PDF using the iBooks app. When you use iBooks to open a PDF, iBooks will automatically save a copy of the PDf to your iBooks PDF shelf. These PDFs will also sync back to your iTunes Book library the next time you sync your device with iTunes. You can find out more here at the Apple website
