If you use the royan.co.uk web site including any guide or other file downloaded from it or supplied to You on CD or DVD (The Site) you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
1 DEFINITIONS
1.1 In these terms and conditions "The Company" means Longtail Guides Limited
(company number 06777457), whose registered office is The Coach House,Norton
Lane,Norton,PO20 3NH,United Kingdom. "You" means any business, organisation or
individual for which The Company has agreed to provide products or services or which is
using or viewing any website maintained or made available by The Company. "The Site"
means the web site made available at www.royan.co.uk including any guide or other file
downloaded from it or supplied to You on CD or DVD.

2.1 royan.co.uk is a trading name of The Company.
3 ACCESS TO THE SITE
3.1 While The Company endeavours to ensure that The Site is normally available 24 hours
a day, The Company shall not be liable except as set out at 6.2 of these terms and
conditions if for any reason The Site is unavailable at any time or for any period.
3.2 Access to The Site may be suspended temporarily and without notice in the case of
system failure, maintenance or repair or for reasons beyond The Company's control.
4 CONTENT AND ACCURACY OF INFORMATION
4.1The Company uses reasonable endeavours to ensure that the data within The Site is
accurate and to correct any errors or omissions as soon as practicable after being notified
of them.

invitation or recommendation to buy any products or services featured and You should
make appropriate enquires or seek appropriate independent advice before buying any such

rights in displaying these within The Site. In the event that any third party intellectual
property rights owner wishes The Company to remove such information, they may make a
request in writing to The Company and The Company will comply with such a request as

6 EXCLUSIONS OF LIABILITY

for any damage or loss (including, without limitation, financial loss, loss of profits, loss of
business or any indirect or consequential loss), however it arises, resulting from the use of
or inability to use The Site or any material appearing on it or any guide or other file downloaded from it or supplied to You on CD or DVD or from any action or decision taken as a result of using The Site or any such material file CD or DVD.
6.2 The liability of The Company for interruptions to availability of The Site caused by
circumstances within its control shall not exceed the amount paid by You for access to the
Site or for the provision of products or services in respect of the period of non-availability.
The only obligation of The Company in respect of interruptions caused by circumstances
outside its control shall be to use all reasonable efforts to have the Site reinstated.
6.3 To the extent permitted by applicable law, The Company disclaims all warranties and
representations (whether express or implied) as to the accuracy and completeness of any
information contained within The Site. The Company does not guarantee that The Site will
be fault free and does not accept liability for any errors or omissions.
6.4 The Company does not give any warranty that The Site including any file downloaded from it or supplied to You on CD or DVD is free from viruses or anything else which may have a harmful effect on any technology.If your use of material on The Site including any file downloaded from it or supplied to You on CD or DVD results in the need for servicing, repair or correction of equipment, software or data,you assume all costs thereof.
6.5 Nothing in these terms and conditions shall exclude or limit The Company's liability for:
death or personal injury caused by negligence (as such term is defined by the Unfair
Contract Terms Act 1977); or fraud; or misrepresentation as to a fundamental matter; or
any liability which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
7. TERMINATION
7.1 The Company may terminate your access to The Site at any time without the need to
give notice.
7.2 All disclaimers, indemnities and exclusions in this agreement shall survive termination
of this agreement for any reason.
8 OFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES
8.1 It is agreed that having regard to The Company's interest in limiting the personal
liability and exposure to litigation of directors, officers and employees of the Company, You
will not bring any claim in respect of any damage against any of The Company's directors,
officers or employees personally.
9 RIGHTS OF THIRD PARTIES
9.1 Except to the extent that directors,officers or employees of The Company can benefit
from the provision "Officers and Employees" at 8.1 herein, it is hereby agreed between us
that the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 does not apply to the terms of this
contract.
10. MODIFICATION
10.1 The Company reserves the right to add, delete, or modify these Terms and Conditions
at any time. Any changes will be disclosed at www.royan.co.uk.
11. GENERAL
11.1 If any provision of these terms and conditions is held by any competent authority to
be invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part the validity of the other provisions of these
terms and conditions and the remainder of the provision in question shall not be affected
thereby.
11.2 The Company shall not be liable if the content of The Site or any viewing of it by You is contrary
to the laws applying in the place where you access The Site.
12 LAW
12.1 These terms and conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the
laws of England
